PACKAGE
HANDLING
Packages or materials for an event may be delivered up to three working days prior to the event date.
Owner assumes no responsibility for packages delivered early.

Multiple packages must be delivered in sequence (i.e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)

Client, Client's representatives or the shipping company must unload all deliveries.

Owner does not provide handcarts.

Owner will not inventory items when they arrive or after the event.

Client is responsible for arranging pickups with their preferred carrier.

INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION
SETUP TIMES:
Between 6:00 and 9:30am

TRADE SHOW: 10:00am - 12:30pm
Preiss team members will be arriving from the Westin Peachtree Downtown (right next-door!)

TEAR-DOWN:
Immediately following the tradeshow. Must be completed no later than 1:30pm. Vendors must arrange the shipping back of own tradeshow materials & arranging pickups with their preferred carrier or drop-off at local shipping location.
