SHIPPING/PACKAGE INFORMATION

Packages for events should not be delivered to the Resort more than (3) working days prior to the date of the conference (Friday, November, 15, 2024)

​

Any packages or boxes larger than any combination of 500lbs (in any combination or weight/size) must be stored at a local warehouse and be delivered to the Resort at the client's request with prevailing charges for such service. Delivery of larger shipments must be received at warehouse one week prior to the conference (Monday, November 11, 2024.)

Five (5) boxes shipped to the Resort are stored on a complimentary basis. Six (6) or more boxes are stores at a cost of $7.00 per box or Hotel's prevailing rates. Packages shipped out will be assessed a $10 handling fee per box, in addition to the actual shipping cost. Medium sized crates will be charged $25.00 per crate and large sized crates, $75.00 per crate.
