Our Preiss Company Team is busy preparing and planning for our 2019 Annual Leadership Conference. Those of you who have joined and supported us at one or more of our previous conferences know that these events foster not only the continued growth of our company’s leaders and key decision-makers, but also the professional and personal bonds with trusted partners like you.
This year, The Preiss Company’s 2019 Annual Leadership Conference will be held May 20th through the 23rd at The Parker Hotel and Resort in Palm Springs California. For three entire days, TPCO will be taking over all 13 acres of this mid-century marvel, and we want you right there with us!
Each year, our Committee selects a new destination with unique venues that are not only able to accommodate the specific needs of a large-scale conference, but also offer unique ways to integrate and showcase our generous sponsors. The Parker Hotel & Resort is a distinct venue that features countless amenity and gathering spaces. We've decided to utilize all of these spaces to not only introduce a new and more relaxed setting, but also more fun!
This year, we will be re-imagining the traditional "Vendor Expo" that we've held in years past. The Vendor Expo has always been a great forum for our leaders and decision-makers to meet & greet our sponsors and learn about both current and prospective products and services available to us and our portfolio. However, we will be breathing new life into this event in 2019. We'll be creating a new concept that will eliminate consolidating sponsor setups to a single large space, and will instead allow everyone to spread their wings and stretch their legs. That's right. We'll be hanging out with all of you all over the resort! Instead of the traditional trade show display, we'll be working with each of you to create and adapt your messages, goals and initiatives into unique atmospheres (like poolside mixers, courtyard corn hole, giant chess tournaments, etc.) - allowing for more interpersonal communication and quality conversation. If you do prefer a more traditional venue, we’ll also have great indoor spaces available as well!
We understand that every sponsor wants to maximize their ROI on their contribution. We also know the hassle it can be to ship all of the supplies and booth items across the country for a 2-3 hour event. We are excited to implement a new and unique format for this year's event, which we believe will maximize our sponsor's investment in our organization and strengthen their personal connection to TPCO leaders and decision makers. This new format will allow our sponsors to utilize the entire resort property to create a unique experience that will showcase their business, their products, and their support for TPCO. As always, we will continue to dedicate a block of the agenda for this event.
We'll be working with each of our sponsors and developing the best possible placement as well as creative setups/activities.
