SHIPPING GUIDELINES
All boxes and packaging are received through our shipping and receiving department.
Please contact your Catering or Event Manager and or the mailroom directly at
(760) 564-7630 for pick-up and delivery.
Packages may be delivered to the resort up to one week prior to the event/conference.
Arrangements must be made through your Catering or Event Manager for storage. The
resort’s storage facilities are extremely limited so if packages are received more than one
week prior to the event/conference, then storage fees will apply.
Please do not ship any valuables as the resort will not be responsible for any loss or
damage.All items must be paid for prior to delivery.
Please note that deliveries to the resort outside of normal business hours (Monday – Friday
from 7:00am – 3:00pm) may not be accepted at the Receiving loading dock until the
following business day.
Guests will be responsible for the packing and return of all packages.
La Quinta Resort and Club utilizes UPS, FedEx and USPS for shipping needs.

Incoming and outgoing packages: $10.00 per box

$150.00 per pallet or a box more than 100 lbs.

Storage fee per day if received more than 5 days prior to the event or group program dates:

$10.00 per box and $40.00 per pallet
